Adil Baguirov settled into the Dayton, Ohio area many years ago. Since earning his degree in 1999, with time spent in California and Washington, D.C. before Ohio, Baguirov has amassed experience across transportation, logistics, real estate, healthcare, technology and energy. In 2013, he became a principal in American Power in Dayton, a premier logistics, trucking and warehousing company. Also that year, he began a five-year tenure with the Dayton Board of Education as well as began as a notary public in Montgomery County.
